Planner Boss Collective – Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting the Planner Boss Collective website (the “Site”). The Planner Boss Collective (“PBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a promotional platform that highlights and supports independent stationery and planner shops during the PBC Sale and throughout the year.
PBC does not sell, ship, fulfill, or process orders for any products featured during the PBC Sale or displayed on our Site. All products are offered, sold, processed, and shipped directly by the participating independent shops (“Participating Shops”).
1. No Shipping Services Provided by PBC
PBC does not:
- Stock or handle any inventory,
- Prepare or package any orders,
- Create or purchase shipping labels,
- Send or track shipments, or
- Manage delivery timelines.
All questions, concerns, or requests related to delivery must be directed to the Participating Shop you purchased from. Each shop manages its own shipping methods, rates, carriers, packaging, timelines, and replacement/refund decisions.
2. Responsibilities of Participating Shops
When you make a purchase during the PBC Sale (or from a shop discovered through our Site), you are entering a transaction solely with that shop. Participating Shops are solely responsible for:
- Processing and fulfilling your order,
- Shipping and delivery of your items,
- Setting shipping prices, policies, and timelines,
- Handling lost, delayed, or damaged packages,
- Responding to shipping-related inquiries, and
- Offering support for returns, replacements, or refunds.
PBC is not involved in, and does not mediate, any part of the shipping process or post-purchase customer service between you and the shop.
3. Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Since each shop manages its own shipping, PBC cannot investigate or resolve delivery problems. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Packages lost by carriers,
- Late deliveries,
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout,
- Customs delays or import fees for international orders,
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received.
For any of the above issues, please reach out directly to the Participating Shop using the contact information on their website.
4. How to Contact a Shop About Your Order
Each shop provides its own customer service email, website contact form, or messaging method. You can find this information:
- In your order confirmation email from the shop,
- On the shop’s website, or
- On the PBC participant list during an active sale.
If you are unsure which shop your item came from, we recommend checking your email receipt or your payment records for the shop name.
5. PBC’s Role
While PBC brings visibility to independent makers, we are not a fulfillment service, marketplace, or shipping partner. Our role is limited to:
- Organizing and promoting the PBC Sale,
- Showcasing participating shops,
- Providing collective marketing and community support.
We do not supervise, audit, or guarantee any shop’s shipping practices, timelines, or service standards.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
