Planner Boss Collective – Refund & Return Policy

The Planner Boss Collective (“PBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a promotional platform that features independent stationery and planner shops during the PBC Sale and throughout the year. PBC does not sell products, fulfill orders, or process returns or refunds. All purchases made during the PBC Sale—or through shops discovered on our website—are transactions between you and the individual Participating Shop.
1. PBC Does Not Accept Returns or Issue Refunds
Because PBC does not handle or ship any products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. All order-related questions must be directed to the shop from which you made your purchase.
PBC is not responsible for:
- Order errors or duplicate purchases,
- Product defects or misprints,
- Damaged or defective items,
- Lost or delayed packages,
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout,
- Refund decisions made by Participating Shops.
Each Participating Shop sets and manages its own policies for returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds.
2. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
To begin a return or refund request, please contact the shop directly using the information on:
- Your order confirmation email from the shop,
- The shop’s website, or
- The PBC participant list during the active sale period.
When contacting a shop, be sure to include:
- Your order number,
- Your full name and email address,
- Clear photos (if applicable),
- A brief explanation of the issue.
3. Shop Policies May Vary
Each Participating Shop determines its own policies regarding:
- Return windows and eligibility,
- Whether returns are accepted,
- Whether refunds are issued or store credit is provided,
- Which items are final sale,
- How shipping costs are handled for returns.
PBC does not dictate or control these policies and cannot override a shop’s decision.
4. Bundles, Discount Codes & Sale Purchases
Many shops offer special pricing during the PBC Sale. Unless a shop explicitly states otherwise:
- Sale items are generally final sale,
- Discounted items may not be eligible for return or refund,
- Bundles may need to be returned in full to be eligible for any refund.
All pricing, promotions, discount minimums, and product availability are set by the individual shops.
5. When to Contact PBC
You may contact PBC for general questions about the PBC Sale or to locate the shop you purchased from. However, PBC cannot:
- Investigate an order on your behalf,
- Request a refund from a shop for you,
- Mediate disputes between you and a shop,
- Verify or guarantee any shop’s policies or response time.

6. Updates to This Policy
PBC may update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Site signifies your acceptance of any revised policies.
